LETTINGS AT EASTWAYS INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, WITHAM

CBRE Global Investors announces a number of lettings at Eastways Industrial Estate in Witham, Essex.

- Howdens has taken two units providing 10,740 sq ft

- Automotive Design Partnership has leased a further 5,400 sq ft

- Village Glass has taken the largest unit of 12,595 sq ft

Witham is located between the East Coast port of Felixstowe and the M25. The estate is situated with immediate access to the A12 .

Jim Frankis of Frankis Porter commented: “The industrial estate has gone through significant refurbishment and these lettings prove that good quality units in a strategic location will always prove popular. We only have one 5,300 sq ft unit left which is available for immediate occupation”
